Permission 2 Sweat AND Reset
The reclined infrared warmth experience
Stretch out, let the warmth build slowly around you, and give your body permission to soften and sweat.
Instead of sitting upright in a traditional sauna, you get to lie down.
Our lay-down infrared sauna offers a private, reclined experience for up to two guests. Calming music fills the room. The temperature gradually rises. The outside world becomes a little less demanding.
When your pause is complete, a cool lavender cloth offers a refreshing transition back into your day.
The experience
Settle into the lounger, choose a comfortable position, and let the warmth build at a pace your body can receive.
You're in control. Your session doesn't have to start at the maximum temperature or last the full time. Adjust, pause, or end whenever you need.
There's no prize for staying longer or getting hotter.
The invitation is simply to recline, breathe naturally, and notice how the warmth feels today.

Inside the warmth

The heat stress response
When the body warms, cells respond with a natural stress response. Part of it involves heat shock proteins, helper proteins that assist other proteins in keeping their shape under stress.
Researchers continue to study how repeated heat exposure, including sauna use, relates to this response and to general well-being.
Simplified illustrations for education. Research is ongoing, and individual experiences vary.
The simple science
Infrared saunas use radiant heat to warm the body and the surrounding space differently from some traditional hot-air saunas. It still creates meaningful heat and deserves the same respect for hydration, heat tolerance, and individual health considerations.
Research continues to explore how repeated sauna and heat exposure may relate to general well-being. This is offered as an intentional warmth and rest experience:
Sometimes warmth creates the quietest kind of permission: the permission to stop holding everything so tightly.
Hydrate before and after your visit. Avoid alcohol or other substances that could affect hydration, judgment, or temperature regulation.
Please speak with your healthcare professional before using a sauna if you:
Tell our team right away if you feel dizzy, nauseated, overheated, weak, short of breath, or uncomfortable. You may end the experience at any time.
This wellness experience is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure a medical condition or replace care from a qualified healthcare professional.
You have permission
You don't have to push through.
You don't have to prove anything to the heat.
Recline. Breathe. Let your body choose the pace, the music carry the room, and a cool lavender cloth welcome you back.
