The simple science

Dry salt, suspended in the air

Dry salt therapy, also called halotherapy, uses a specialized system to grind salt into very fine particles and disperse them into an enclosed space. The particles stay suspended while you sit and breathe normally, creating the booth's distinctive crisp, dry atmosphere.

It's offered for relaxation, sensory wellness, and general well-being. It is not presented as a treatment for:

  • Asthma
  • Allergies
  • Infection
  • COPD
  • Inflammation
  • Other respiratory conditions

Breathe without trying to change the breath.

Before your experience

  • Let our team know if you have significant sensitivity to salt, dry air, mint, or enclosed spaces.
  • Speak with your healthcare professional before halotherapy if you have a serious or unstable respiratory or cardiovascular condition, are having difficulty breathing, or have concerns about whether dry salt exposure is right for you.
  • Please reschedule if you have a fever, contagious illness, acute respiratory distress, or feel too unwell to participate comfortably.

You may pause or end the experience at any time.

This wellness experience is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure a medical condition or replace care from a qualified healthcare professional.
