Comfortable everyday clothing works for most sound, vibration, salt, and BrainTap experiences. Light and infrared experiences may have different clothing guidance so that you can safely and comfortably receive the warmth or light. Each experience page explains what to wear.

Yes. You may ask questions, change available settings, decline optional layers, lift the BrainTap visor, or stop an experience at any time. Your comfort comes first.
No. Experiences are offered for relaxation, education, self-awareness, and general well-being. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease and do not replace care from a qualified healthcare professional.
Speak with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional when you have an implanted device, pregnancy, seizure history, cardiovascular concern, unstable medical condition, light or heat sensitivity, recent procedure, medication affecting temperature or photosensitivity, or another concern relevant to the experience you are considering.

Children are welcome in the Salt Room at a discounted rate with a paid adult session. We also offer shorter BrainTap sessions designed for children, typically completed in the Salt Room. Please contact us before booking so we can confirm the appropriate session length, age requirements, and supervision arrangements.
Yes. BrainTap may be enjoyed on any available vibroacoustic lounger. Advance reservations are recommended so you can select the physical experience you want.
BrainTap can be completely light-free. Simply lift the visor and continue with guided audio and vibroacoustic vibration. Tell the team about your sensitivity before the session begins
