AND Wellness 4 U is more than a wellness center. It is a thoughtfully created Experience Center built around one simple but powerful belief: before we can restore, reconnect, or rise, we must first be given permission to pause.
Here, wellness is not another task to complete or another standard you must live up to. It is an opportunity to step away from the noise and become curious about what helps you feel more grounded, restored, and alive. Through intentional experiences using light, sound, vibration, warmth, salt, and stillness, we create space for your body and mind to slow down, self-regulate, and remember what balance can feel like.
You can be tired AND hopeful. Strong AND in need of rest.
Healing AND still becoming.
We believe wellness does not require you to choose between science and intuition, movement and stillness, or who you are today and who you are becoming. There is room for all of it—and there is room for you.
AND Wellness 4 U was born from the heart and foundation of Life Force Wellness Center. This evolution does not erase that story; it carries its most meaningful pieces forward. The compassion, curiosity, education, and belief in the body’s ability to respond remain at the center of everything we do. What has changed is the experience surrounding them—more intentional, more personal, and more aligned with the purpose that was unfolding all along.
Founded by Amber Damos—a U.S. Army veteran, holistic wellness practitioner, and lifelong advocate for helping people better understand themselves—AND Wellness 4 U is proudly woman-owned, veteran-owned, and rooted in the community we serve.
Amber created this space for people carrying full lives, quiet struggles, endless responsibilities, and the feeling that they should simply keep pushing through. Here, you are not a problem to be fixed. You are a person deserving of time, support, curiosity, and space to reconnect with yourself.
Come exactly as you are. Take the breath you have been holding. Plant the seed—and give yourself permission to discover what becomes possible in the pause.
