Where it began
Listening without words
I'm Amber. The most pivotal part of my journey started in the U.S. Army, where I spent four years working with animals.
They can't tell you where it hurts. You have to observe, examine, and feel for answers.
That changed how I see care. People deserve more than an answer to the one symptom they can name. They deserve to be noticed, listened to, and invited into understanding their own bodies. It's a big part of why I've never been satisfied with care that stops at the surface, and why I've spent my life looking deeper.

The fire
A trademark issue required a new name. Rebuilding while running the business was stressful, and I put my doctoral plans on hold to see the transition through. But the purpose never left.

Through light, sound, warmth, salt, and vibration, we invite you to explore what feels supportive, with curiosity and without pressure. You don't have to arrive knowing what you need. You only have to arrive.

AND WELLNESS was founded by Amber Damos, a U.S. Army veteran with a background in diagnostic medical sonography, a bachelor's degree in Holistic Health Sciences, and a master's in Natural Medicine. She opened Life Force Wellness Center in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, in January 2023, and the center became AND WELLNESS in 2026 after a trademark-required name change.
