Private coaching with Amber
Perception Expansion Coaching
When the way forward is hard to see, it helps to have someone who can see what you can't from where you're standing.
FREE 30–45 minutes · no cost · no pressure

You are whole.
But parts of your life may feel out of balance. You may be carrying beliefs, experiences, habits, or expectations that once protected you but no longer support who you're becoming.
The experiences at AND Wellness help the body feel safe enough to change.
Coaching helps the mind understand what it's changing from, and what becomes possible next.
Perception expansion
Drag the slider and watch what happens when the view opens up.
From here, it's hard to see much beyond the weight you're carrying.
Seeing beneath the story
Sometimes we carry the weight so long that we start to believe it's part of who we are. Amber listens beneath the story, gently questions the limits built by past experiences, and holds space for the version of you that may already be trying to emerge.
She won't hand you a predetermined answer or tell you who to become. She'll listen, ask deeper questions, offer another perspective, and help you recognize choices that were hard to see alone.
We don't override your inner wisdom. We help you reconnect with it.
Coaching with direction
This isn't an occasional conversation without a destination. Together, you'll choose a clear focus: navigating a transition, rebuilding confidence, changing an old pattern, setting healthier boundaries, becoming your own advocate, or finding a way up, around, or through something that has felt heavy.

Amber works with a limited number of private coaching clients, and her availability will narrow as her dissertation research begins. Sessions are reserved in advance so your time is protected. Between sessions, communication is for brief accountability or clarification, so when it's your time, Amber is fully present.
You have permission
You don't have to stay inside the perspective that was created during the heaviest chapter of your life.
Another question to ask.
Another choice you haven't yet recognized.
