Light. Sound. Warmth. Salt. Vibration. Space
Step inside, breathe naturally, and create a meaningful pause in approximately 10 to 15
minutes.
The Salt Booth is a private, single-person experience for the days when you want to step away without giving up your entire schedule.
A specialized system disperses a fine salt blend with a crisp eucalyptus-mint sensory note into the air around you. Settle in, breathe normally, and allow the short experience to become a clean break between what came before and whatever waits next.
There is no special breathing technique and nothing you need to force. Simply breathe as you normally would.
Because the experience is brief, it can fit easily into a lunch break, a busy afternoon, or a day when 40 minutes in the full Salt Room is not possible.
You may notice:
● A crisp or dry sensation in the air
● A subtle salty taste
● The fresh sensory note of eucalyptus and mint
● An invitation to take a slower, fuller breath
● A brief feeling of separation from the demands of the day
● A refreshed sensation when the booth opens
Some guests may cough or clear their throat while adjusting to the dry salt air. Breathe naturally and
let our team know if you become uncomfortable.
Dry salt therapy, also called halotherapy, uses a specialized system to grind salt into very fine particles and disperse them into an enclosed space. The particles remain suspended while you sit and breathe normally, creating the Salt Booth’s distinctive crisp, dry atmosphere. The experience is offered for relaxation, sensory wellness, and general well-being. It is not presented as a treatment for asthma, allergies, infection, COPD, inflammation, or another respiratory condition.

Speak with your healthcare professional before using halotherapy if you have a serious or unstable respiratory or cardiovascular condition, are experiencing difficulty breathing, or have concerns about whether dry salt exposure is appropriate for you.
Please reschedule if you have a fever, contagious illness, acute respiratory distress, or feel too unwell to participate comfortably.
You may end the experience at any time.
