Light. Sound. Warmth. Salt. Vibration. Space
Stretch out, let the warmth build slowly around you, and give your body permission to soften and sweat. Our lay-down infrared sauna offers a private, reclined experience for up to two guests. Instead of sitting upright in a traditional sauna, you can rest comfortably while infrared warmth surrounds the body.
Calming music fills the room. The temperature gradually rises. The outside world becomes a little less demanding.
When your pause is complete, a cool lavender cloth offers a refreshing transition back into your day.
Settle into the sauna lounger, choose the position that feels comfortable, and allow the warmth to build at a pace your body can receive.
The sauna may reach approximately 150 degrees Fahrenheit, but your session does not have to begin at the maximum temperature or last the full available time. Many guests find that 20 to 25 minutes of warmth feels complete, while the room may be reserved for up to 40 minutes.
You remain in control of your experience. You may adjust, pause, or end the session whenever you need.
There is no prize for staying longer or becoming hotter.
The invitation is simply to recline, breathe naturally, and notice how the warmth feels today.
Warmth gradually surrounding your body
● Natural perspiration beginning to build
● Muscles softening as you recline
● Shoulders dropping away from the ears
● Breathing becoming slower and easier
● A quiet or meditative feeling
● A sense of lightness or ease when the session ends
● The refreshing contrast of a cool lavender cloth afterward
You do not need to force sweat or remain in the heat once your body says it has had enough.
Infrared saunas use radiant heat to warm the body and the surrounding space differently from some traditional hot-air saunas. The experience still creates meaningful heat and requires the same respect for hydration, heat tolerance, and individual health considerations.
Research continues to explore how repeated sauna and heat exposure may relate to general well-being. Our public experience is presented as an intentional warmth and rest experience, not as a treatment, detoxification protocol, or substitute for medical care.
Sometimes warmth creates the quietest kind of permission: the permission to stop
holding everything so tightly.
Reserved for up to 40 minutes; many guests choose approximately 20 to 25 minutes of active heat
